Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges, so it's important to review your options carefully.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other risky pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, within assigned passenger and weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside of the agreed geographical boundaries requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions in Pontyclun
